First Band Book is a collections of books designed to learn how to play in a musical group or individually.
As the book progresses, new concepts appear in order to add to the previous ones.
The harmony is always the one that corresponds to the instrument, as well as the melody of the other voices of the last 12 songs. Thus, on the one hand, you can improvise taking into account the chords and, on the other hand, play the melody of the other voices of the polyphonic songs.
Like harmony, polyphonic themes are transported to the key in which the transposing instrument is played in order to make it easier for the instrument to be played as well.
The audios of each of the themes will be found in 3 different versions:
- Original
- Slow Tempo
- Minus One
In the songs with voices, you will also find a version with each voice alone.
In all the songs, the A note is at 440Hz.
The collection consists of 4 books in Spanish:
And 4 books in English:
- Alto Saxophone (Reg. B.4036)
- Trumpet (Reg. B.4037)
- Trombone (Reg. B.4038)
- Rhythm Section (Reg. B.4039)
This book corresponds to the Alto Saxophone.
