STRADIVARI volume four is born with the intention of giving continuity to the first three volumes and achieving a progressive transition from the Elementary to the Middle Degree of the violin.
The book presents the new 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th positions, as well as a technique section in which there is a selection of articulation exercises, position changes, natural and artificial harmonics, scales, arpeggios, and double strings. The repertoire is totally related to the new positions and the scales studied.
As in the previous volumes, one of the characteristics of the book is the variety of styles, in which pieces "in the style of ..." appear as novelty pieces that evoke the style of various composers such as; Vivaldi, Debussy, Prokofiev, Paganini, Massenet and Wieniewski, pedagogically designed, so that they are affordable for young interpreters.
