The Sonatina for solo piano, premiered in 1962, is a score in three movements dedicated to the composer Frederic Mompou, with whom she was deeply friends. Mompou's influence transcends the score itself, in which the composer blends his aesthetic universe with other clearly French influences such as Poulenc in the suggestive "Vivo inicial", the subtlety of Ravel in the "Andante tranquilo" or the incisive sharpness of Prokofiev in the final "stacatto".
Ensayo a dos, for piano duet, is a work written in a single movement. The score came into being in 1984, intended for an audition held in the auditorium of the Marshall Academy. Among the composer's creative projects is that of adding a second movement of a more rhythmic and lively character to this work.
