From the first lessons with a student, auditory awareness should develop: the beauty of tone, rhythmic stability, expressiveness in musical phrases; attention to the techniques used to achieve a good game - posture, the position of the hand, the flexibility of the wrist and arm. Therefore, this method involves exercises of a traditional type that allows achieving a good position of the body and the hand quickly, pieces that develop musical awareness, keyboard knowledge and the understanding of different tonalities.
By linking exercises and pieces, the child acquires a comprehensive and imaginative vision of the possibilities of the piano. Each part ends with a section "to know the keyboard" that deals with specific aspects of the instrumental technique and that, according to the individual progress of each student, can be studied at any time. These volumes, which cover the first years of study, aim to allow the student to assimilate the necessary basic concepts quickly so that the study of the piano can continue without interruptions.
