Work commissioned by the 10th Piano Competition Ciutat de Berga 1995.
The feelings expressed by Rabindranath Tagore in his collection Lost Birds, led the creation of this Diptych II for Piano:
El vent no té repòs (The wind doesn’t rest) in this raining evening. In observing the flexible branches I feel the greatness of all things.
Plany (Lament). The scent of damp earth by the rain rises like a great hymn of the crowd without voice.
