Dos Rhumbs (Two Routes) was composed in the summer of 1994 and it’s made up of the «Matí» (Morning) and «Arbre» (Tree). This composition was suggested by the writings of Paul Valéry, collected in the volume Tel quel (Inside Autres Rhumb / Poésie perdue).

El son de l'infant (The child’s sleep) is dedicated to Oriol Romani and was composed in April 1993.
